Maybe Jamex is right for me, I want to lower but I am not going to pay the £1100 to have my kerb lowered to get on my driveway so that only leaves me 25mm max I can lower by as that is the lowest point I have measured that will touch if I go low.

Even if you buy a set of 12 and the set of lockers they still work out about the same than a full set on ebay
Famine, thanks so much for your speedy reply and your accurate information. I have someone helping me now that knows what their doing, and we're making progress.lol.
yea that's an easy job. Changing master takes no time, bleeding all 4 corners takes way longer! It's a fit tight in there, putting on the crush washers is the annoying bit, but it's an easy job really.

yeah I just looked at those £70 for the 323 but like you say its checking first
The easiest way out is buy transit van steering rack boots, they fit perfectly on pretty much all shock absorbers and my dads supplier is cheaper than the shock covers usually.
Most shocks are about the same size and similar sized cars so it wont be far out
some of the rubber door seals was peeling off mine too, its easy to slip it back into place, just run around the door seal with a finger, if it rolls back instead of flexing then thats where the seal has come off the door, for the window seal, simply take a look, theyre hard seals though, and while it might be tempting to use something hard to pry them, dont, use a finger, its hard rubber and your finger is gonna hurt, but youll just have to deal with it, use anything hard and you risk doing more damage than good
Edit: On second thoughts (wish id thought of it when I did it) use a hair dryer to warm the window seals up, should make them much more maluable and less painful :(
Hi,
I decided to get the ABS hydraulic pump unit from a scrappie and this arrived last Friday.
I fitted the unit Saturday without any real problems although spannering up the 6 hydraulic pipes is fiddly.
On Sunday I bought a Vizibleed brake bleed unit, which is just a length of clear plastic pipe plus a one-way valve, from Halfords for £4.99. I bled the system thoroughly and the pressure on the pedal came up to normal.
Started the engine and the ABS warning light came on and stayed on…..DAMN.....
As I started driving the car the warning light then went off... yippee.....
I have my car back again. MOT is next.
Thanks to all for the above replies
Yeah thats non windback pistons, if you find yourself trying to get that type of piston out, let me know, got a full kit for doing just that job, £120, worth every penny, wouldnt believe the time and effort its saved, will be getting the windback set when it comes time to do the mx3, worth the money, you only need to do it twice and then your saving money, not to mention the extra few quid you can get doing jobs for mates with it.
you need a set of TUNER NUTS theres a few wheels that use smaller width nuts to fit them
Email this shop owner he has all of them in stock and will point you in the right direction for your wheels, this is just a set of lockers listed

@8f73ada122=michaelk1:
halfords have no idea and no recomondations
That just speaks for itself !!!
ATF automatic transmission fluid + power steering fluid is the same stuff
Just go to a local motor factors or back to HELLFRAUDS - even a decent petrol station has it + larger tesco stores
its about £4-5 for 500ml so if you have removed a pipe and spilt a bit you will probably need 2 bottles to be safe
