I have an idea, got some stuff from work, was gonna use it to line the inside of my wheel arches over winter to protect from salt, never got round to it though, I reckon this stuff will meet all you criterias
How big do you need the material to be?
Springs are easy to change and you only need compressors as a tool that you may not have, the exhaust, what is it V6 or 1.6 center, rear cat or downpipe.
If its rear box the tried and tested exhausts are Sportex either 3" or 4" tail, the 3" is a bit louder but 4" has a nicer tone

soo the famous line in eurotrip that involves yardballs and swampdonkeys is realistic?
Swampdonkeys (Bints, munters, the wench, etc. All pretty names for the wife lol) yeah, but what's a yardball?
Dude, we're all mental on here (I think I'm probably the worst on here though - check out my Rat build  and also my house thread in the "other projects" section, got my head through a wall ).

Famine, whats the gearbox variations, guessing its variant depending on L4/V6
**Auto/Manual
Now you mention it, I think the i4 uses the F25M gearbox and the V6 has the G25M, so that's three gearboxes. Woo.**
Stuff like that is so damn aggrevating isnt it? I bought some heated mirrors the other week, but recieved un heated, seller was good about it and sent out the right ones immediately, but I have all my parcels delivered to my gf's parents house, 7-8miles away, because our post keeps being left on the doorstep and then someone walks by and takes it, so it meant a 16miles round trip to find out with was the wrong ones.
Or when people take too long to send stuff, spent a wad on one of the Lenser torches last week as a birthday present to myself, bought them for my dad when he was a copper, theyre amazing, but expensive, bought tuesday, didnt get it til wednesday the following this week, had loads of opertunity to use it last weekend too, so now its kinda surplus :(
Maybe its just my immature nature, but I get really down hearted when my parcels take too long, you have to chase them up or they have the wrong stuff in. :(

I had a bad oil leak last year, just nipped up the rocker cover bolts and found 2 were quite slack and it never leaked again after that :D
Checked all the bolts none really that slack but nipped them up anyways. I'll see what the car docs say next week when I get it in, I'm not too hopeful. It could easily be fixed I know, but I'm truely at my wits end at throwing money at keeping Bert going. It is making me sad seeing Bert die as we are having so much fun at the moment
There are 9 confirmed and paid for cars, if everyone turns up to get a better slot I have passes for 12 if any late stragglers want to get in or anyone that turns up like last year announces they have an MX and brings it in
Last year we had 6 so I hope we have a few more :D

traitor ;) lol
shame you gotta get rid of the beast, but mk1 mr2 is a good choice, should look for that illusive super charged version!
Been reading up, it's easy to add one then find one, tho, with the prices of the MK2 G-limited coming down, if I can't find a MK1 I like, mk2 it is, it's also £800 cheaper for me to insure then the MX3
I'm not leaving the forum btw :)
I have booked it in at 20kg
Just so you know most courier companies as of march 2011 have added car bumpers and bonnets to their banned list
Wouldnt be the thermostat giving off forget readings sounds like the Coolant sensor dunno ware they are on they engines but it's real easymto replace as well sure someone with keep u right with the same engine
