Yes I found one in Lithuania and bought it thanks. However after swapping it out the window is still not working so I'm going to replace the relay next, when I can work out which one and where it is located!! Any ideas on that anyone?

Is that the window opening switch? Mine failed but I got another off, you guessed it, eBay. A USA one so switches were reversed and stopped the passenger one working, but functional.

Hi, I had the same problem last year with the transmission oil cooler which is mounted behind the grill in front of the radiator. I found a BMW 3 series cooler was very similar and I fitted it with a slight adjustment of the feed pipe bend. It has been working fine ever since.

I did own the 1.6 auto for a while until some kind lady hit me up the rear when I was crossing Wroxham bridge and she was busy looking at the boats ,it wrote the MX3 off.it was a nice motor

Hi David I have a 1.6 auto 1994 with 69000 miles on the clock. It went through an MOT last week with no advisories. It is always available to buy if someone offers the right price which I think is around £2.5k currently. I only have it to take to shows these days so I am happy to let it go to someone who wants that specific model.

Hi you have obviously tried eBay ,you may well find that the sensor is common to other vehicles, maybe the Mazda 623 or even the mx5 ,worth a try Regards mushman

According to the DVLA there are only 3 SE mx3 v6s currently on the road , I think 1 is in Wales,and mine is in Norfolk, Mushman

Its a great feeling getting a pass for another year .I do plan to overhaul the rear brake calipers fairly shortly.what an amazing tribute to Mazda ,a car that's 28 years old ,and everything electric still works.I have been collecting old favourite cassette tapes, cruising with the ELO can't beat it Mushman

My MX3 is due its MOT this Friday,so fingers crossed that all is well.Then hopefully get some nice warm sunny weather and go for a few long runs .At the moment I am struggling to get some new ignition leads as a mouse has chewed through one .If anyone knows of the best place to get a set I would be most great full,I have of course tried eBay. Huckmush

Hi the only thing that comes to mind is that the calipers could possibly need an overhaul, Getting a repair kit and replacing the piston and seals is relatively easy.I bought two second hand calipers fairly cheaply ,and took my time rebuilding them before fitting,brakes work perfectly now Mushman

Hi jendight Hope you have had some joy with your Brake Master Cylinder. Not sure if you have tried your local main Mazda dealer. I find if they don,t have one in stock they will order one from Europe. Good luck!
