ecu get kl31/kl36/ or probinator chip(cheapest and many swear by it) or megasquirt. But you can run on the k8 until you get sorted.
If you get kl31 or kl31 1a1 heads you may want to upgrade valve retainers to DE ones as they have been known to drop
If you want 198bhp klze you need to look for:
kl31 1a1 or kl31 on heads
kl31 cams
flat top pistons

ive found another engine with 82000 on they want £210 for might haggle a bit. I was planning on new rings, gaskets, belts pretty much a rebuild. Going to veiw it tomorow.
Its not got a turbo, its just the standard bp, not the bpt.

cool thanks. i ended up at dynamic sounds and got some cheep kenwoods with the brackets. the rear barcket says its for a mx3 rear but claimed compatability with 16.5 cm dia but i measured the same units in the front and rear. seem to be 25 watt units so im sure the replacements will be better think theyr 150 watt theres a ministry of soound tacky head unit in there.

didn't even think! Though was only down for a stealth visit to see some bands then back up home that night. Wee mx3 meet would be nice though, I've never seen more than 2 together, both were mine :lol:
