i think welly should turbo my ze as there is just far too many klzes now!!

It's easier than people think to make your own turbo kit…

I've been thinking about adding a turbo to the V6, I know the basics but would appreciate a "How To". The subject of fitting a turbo has roused more interest than a lot of other topics. I know this is the 4 cylinder area but it's still relevant. :)

v6 has 2 exhaust manifolds? correct…so in theory u can twin turbo it... ill be quiet now.
hope there is 2 exhaust manifolds anyway, its not a inline 6 lol.

is it a streight foward fit or dose it need a bit of moding ?
Straight forward fit so im led to beleive, havent actually offered it up yet though, finding a T25 sized turbo to fit is proving a bit difficult ! must be 323 specific?! a bit like bloody pug turbos.
Im hoping to do it for 500 quid ish :D cant get cracking on dishcharge flange, downpipe or boost pipes/intercooler till I source a turbo mind.
-
Rover 620 and 200sx are T25 turbo's ;)
Make sure u dont over do it with boost, and have enough fuel..or ull start pinking and blowing pistons
-
Had a look at those already ;) They have a rectangular flange, were as this
323 mani I have has a very sqaure flange, guess I may have to get a gasket to find out for sure, or even make up an adaptor block if I cant find one that fits right up. ( I work in metal fab) dont really want to go this route though!Dont worry wont being running loads of boost and will run a wideband lambda, and get someone who knows what there doing to map my emanage/ms. :)
Do these engines run a knock sensor as standard?
