excellent work, love the headlights
-
Love the boot install! How are those headlights doing? I heard some quality issues with the 3 vertical LED style? Car looks great :)
-
Car looks really good, i love the wheels. Good Job :D
-
Thanx y'all! :P I reay love the wheels to, though they are a terrible pain in the butt to keep clean. I actually use fleece-gloves to wash them..
The headlights look great, but fit horrible. I have a huge gap between the light and the bumper, but for some reason people tend to miss that. Perhaps one day when I get a diff bumper it will be better. Some minor update I did:
Installed a IPOD connection box on the JVC headunit.. :P Works perfect and cheap of ebay.. ;)
-
Jealous of your headlights, wish we could get ones that are legal in the UK.
Nice Car!
-
Did some more stuff:
-
Fowljesse's smoked window visors
-
Shiny black hood emblem.
-
SUPERSPORT rear muffler
-
PAKFEIFER sideskirts! Can not afford to spray and fit them yet, but I HAVE THEM! :P

http://www.mijnalbum.nl/GroteFoto-K6ZZNFMP.jpgAnnnddd, last but unfortunately not least:
I found out I have a leaking water pump.
I already needed to change my clutch and leads, so now it's going to get a lot more expensive.
For now the mx is going to stay stationary for a couple of months, since I was already in dept and starting to climb out of the deep financial pit. This is kinda kicking me back right into it. It cost me a night’s sleep, but a friend of mine offered to fix everything for a total of 870 GBP.
I will keep you guys posted.

Next friday my mx wil do a dynorun.. :P Wish me luck!
To do:
- Dyno
- EBC Ultimax brakepads
- Fix my DVD tft screen
- Fix square licenseplate on tow hook
- JDM tow hook front and rear
- JDM stickers
- Reinforce suspension
Get ready for a free race at Zandvoort Racing Track! :P
-
good luck on the dyno. dont forget to post up your results as im sure many on here will be interested
-
YE-YEAH
189BHP & 230NM! :P
-
Thats a lovely smooth curve :D
-
wow thats pretty impressive!!
-
To make my mx a little more circuit-ready, I got something nice from the states:
Front crossmember! :P
I also bought a set of mx5 front seats. I'm going to try to get these to fit. If I manage to do so, I can get me a new set of leather ones! :P
That way I wont keep hitting the roof of the car when getting in and out.. :DAndlast but not least, My FINAL chip is on its way! xD
-
w00t, SRD crossbar is on its way and I ordered a nice new set of HT ignition leads from the FPS.
With a little luck i might have something alse coming too, wich kinda improves performance on the circuit:
Carbon hood! :P Lot less weight and some more cool air in the enginebay.I am also thinking of taking out the rear seats. I hardly ever use them and it kinda reduces weight a little. Then I can move the audio to the front and be able to get to my spare wheel again.
And i recieved the new chip! :P So need to put that in the next couple of days too!
To-do for now:
- SRD crossbar
- Replace leads
- Put in EBC brakepads
- fit MX5 seats
- Fit the chip
- Change rear seats/trunk
- Hood?
