what engine oil do i need for the 1.5 dohc

Just had a quick look on my autodata and it reads.

Engine oil grade . 5/30
Engine oil clasification . API/ACEA SJ/A2

i know it sais use the thin stuff but i would not dream of putting oil that thin in mine, 15 40 ive always used, i put 5 30 in a 2 litre probe and it lasted a day before plumes of blue smoke, the 5 30 oil is ment for the v6's still think its thin for them,
