that second one is savage! or u see hte ones like that with the 2 bottons!
one of the lads on his car has his bonnet o hindges that kinda open like a tool box! thats attached to a ram and a solinoid… you push the one on the right and the boot lock opens and the left and the rams open it up a bit they push the hinges to lift up about 4 inches off the chasis so he has cold air flying through the engine and no heat being kept... its mental... whatever way hey opens the bonney is mad awkward you have to pull it forward first but it rocks!
yea might aswell if your going hard on the car for the day!
i can now actually notice a difference on the standard temp gauge! its a good bit lower! and takes alot longer to rise!
i find it hard for getting covers for mine as i have the pre 1993 bucket seats in here. only thing i could find to fint was from argos. for 30 ish quid. however depending on the price of theses i might be interested. but if too expensive i might just refrab mine.
sorry not been able to get back to you lot about this, have had a slight problem. broken bone in hand, operation now rest.
anyway,
here goes….
firstly i wanted ONLY the dash at night. no heater light etc. so only follow this if want same as.
removed standard dimmer control.
take out EARTH wire. and LIVE from the block connecter for standard dimmer.
test with amp reader for live...
connect earth.. fix in position tempory to check...
conect live.... fix in position tempory.
turn on side lights...... if above is connected to the right wires ( obviously) then new reverse glow should be working.
(sorry cant give you correct wire colours. as cant get into dash at mo to check.)
bump!!!!
just thought id post, lambos eventually took 40+ hours and even if you buy a ready made kit, the wiring took a day a side, if sone properly. then u aklso have to move the drainage from the roof on the drivers side too
jus beware, do u wanna spend 2000 to make ur doors move 45 degrees, in hine sight i probobly wouldnt a done the onversion if it was gunna be this much time, effort, hassel and money
Mine was the same, with a bit of pressure on the steering wheel and a stumpy philips head screwdriver it is possible to get them out without removing all the plastic around the column. Its a pain but it is possible :)
@6a305e0502=pmj:
Sorry - there's no misunderstanding. We don't get aspheric drivers side mirrors on any cars in North America! The first time I saw one (as it happens in the UK - but I've seen them in Europe) I was amazed - what a good idea! The best we can manage is stick-on magnifying mirrors.
Peter is correct… I have a JDM set of power folding mirrors and the driver's side is aspheric (which is fantastic). I would love to get a hold of another driver's side for my other mx-3 :D
Had the black ones on my car for about 5 months now and I've had no problems with water getting in or condensation and this end of the country has had more than its fair share of rain in the past few months
1st here is a link to the ones i got in mine at the moment.
had them in a good few months now and they do last well.

2nd will pm him about that cover. esp if its for the 93 bucket version. ( also was any other seat included. following that will e-mail that company to see if its possible for them to provide us a pattern for all, and drop the hint we are an mx3 site etc.)
If you ever fancy moping your car, use Farecla G3 and Farecle G10. You will need an electric buffer, but a cheap halfauds one will do the job fine. Just a little slower…
Your paint will come up brand new!
na. it was more for show really,
to compiment the stripped out interior
but i still want to track it so its an added safety measure
just waiting for me cork sport rear bar, an it wil finish it off
