@8c02b48abd=Mooneggs:
I'm really interested in this flipping of the mount if it actually allows it to go lower (just thinking through it, I think it will!)
Oh and another way of gaining extra drop that Ive just read about is to remove one of the locking collars, Im guessing the middle one!

Oh that would make sense especially if the bottom one is up near the middle it will act as the middle one anyways! I was in there again yesterday adjusting the rears another half inch lower
-
Nice! Ive been out and about today purposely driving over speedbumps, no problem at all floating over them showing 0mph on the speedo. I think we can get more low 8)
-
Heres a nice mod I found for my
euro hotrod styling, these little valve stem covers.
-
be careful with them alloy valve caps. I used to work at a tyre garage and we often had people coming in with them siezed on. Suppose those people never checked their pressure though. Bit of copper grease to be sure though i reckon.
-
Cheers for the heads up Jim, not thought about that fact
Although I have bought these too to see if they will work with the sleeves.
Will be sure to grease them if they are alu inserts, checked my tyre pressure on the weekend and found them to be all over the show from the fitters, ranging from 20-45.
-
Now with added dice….
Thats how I roll…
-
lovin the wheels mate, are you going to stance works as hellaflush got cancelled….
-
Cheers mate, No didnt know it was tbh, will sign upto stanceworks then.
-
Well after a few hours and many different designs on
photoshop I have decided the best centre cap for me is plain black :lol:sourced these off ebay and they pop in there perfec :D
-
Doing my bit for MX-3 promotions, seemed to have gained some more fans of this car now :D
-
Cool…
Looks like the MX-3's are getting some love..

good work as always :) Represent!
-
Thanks Man! YO to that we be scrapin over big speed humps now :o
Hers the obligatory " ground clearence" photo:
Bit of good news is that our driveway has now been refurbed so I can get the car back on the hardstanding outside my flat and starting working Her again, with some more lowness on the front, new 4" tailpipe sniper exhaust backbox, a boot hatch delock bung plug which Im going to machine and have painted along with removing and blanking off the rear washer jet and aerial… then it might be ready for some photshoots....
-
So here is my idea for delocking the boot. I punched out some 36mm blanks in 2mm mild steel and concaved it on the rear to fit into the hole
left by the lock, then it will have a nut welded/epoxied onto the back of it it so the blank can be bolted on from inside the boot, its going to be painted red so from a certain distance the boot will appear smooth and saves messing with filler & rattlecans!
-
cant wait to see your finished boot lock conversion!, is my number 1 pet hate on the mx3 that lock, no2 is the big stupid amber side repeaters but thats another convo !. :D

Eunos rear bumper + French front bumper, both have the reflectors on, (with a light holder behind) wire them into the indies, and remove the wing ones.
Legal in the UK as you can still see a indie from any angle and you can have them as running lights as well.
-
Want to get assembled and painted pronto! Guess thats the advantage of a red car, the orange doesnt stick out too much, but I know what you mean Garfy.
-
have been thinking about removing mine. mines already been rattle can'd there anywho so would probably have a go at filling mine. Get away with it more on black though.
