V6 springs & shocks any lower?

Hi all,
after picking up my 1.6 on the weekend im pretty chuffed with its handling,
although it seems to sit very high! 100mm almost between wheel and arch,
so are the V6 springs and shocks going to make it any lower?

dont have the dosh for coilovers and not keen on lowering springs and standard shocks
