does anybody else get oil siiting in the rocker cover tray bit thingy?

i had oil sitting on mine, but cleaned it with a rag and theres nothing came back since

just sounds like someone was messy when filling the oil!

where the leads go in,the cover has a rectangle shaped box, just a little had gathered in there thats all, ive wiped it and it aint came back
