Thermostat

Hello all,
Does any know where I can get a thermostat for my 94 SE and is it easy to fit myself. I'm not a mechanic. Or is it best to get the garage to do it?

Even halfords might do them!
Easy enough IMO :) It's always good to learn how to do stuff. Hardest thing I did before rebuilding and swapping my engine was taking my intake manifold off!

So I have to drain all the engine coolant as well?

Probably best to drain and re-fill with new 50/50 mix… make sure you bleed your coolant system aswell...although they do self bleed very well.

when refilling make shore heaters set to hot so you dont get an air block in heater coz that can cause it to blow and its right above the ecu so you realy dont want that to happen
