Changing Sump Gasket?

How hard is this to do on the MX3 V6?
Was getting my oil changed today and the guy pointed out it was going; could use the inspection pit to change, but want to know the difficulty level first!
Also, is the part Mazda dealer only?

All 3 of my K series engines just use RTV. Also my bottom end gasket kit also had no gasket, just RTV gasket maker. So I think that's the way to go :wink: Easy job if you have a pit IMO. Just make sure you clean the meeting faces properly.
