from FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF where the lad was trying to get the clock back down. lol

Not seen that film for ages…...
Gonna have to go download it now.
-
i have it on dvd :D
-
you can reverse the clocks just don't get caught or you will be in more trouble than it's worth…
I would advise just keep a log as others have suggested
-
i had the same problem on my fiesta, i just pulled out the number barrel and swapped it into the new set, took about 30mins. I tried spinning them with a drill but it only took the needle to 40mph so would have taken years to do 20000 miles!!
wokr out how to remove the barrel on your broken set before fiddling with the set that work!
-
do what James said, just swap the barrels over, if you try and change the clocks by hand they will be out of sync when you put it back together, when someone has a close look they'll think its clocked.
oh and he needs the clocks going up not down :P
-
yep i had to get a new set of clocks when i busted my fuel/temp guage putting in reverse dials, ( as many have done !! ) You can take out any of the three dials, so just take out defective dial and insert it into your current dials.

Thnak you for all your help on this matter. I have just finished fitting my new clocks and indiglo dials, and dial rings. Will put pics up on my project later. :D
