I beleive they are the same. they may have switched them up in later years I am not sure. But 92-93 should fit on.

Anyone know if that escort would be same as the ones that brake kit is suggested for?

i think that it's for the Birtish Escort mk1 & 2 which are 1960's. Different car to america which is where the theory is correct.
