Sourcing Alternator for 1998 1.8 V6

My cherished 1998 Mx3 1.8 V6 needs a new alternator and I am having some difficulty sourcing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It has been suggested that the existing alternator is reconditioned so I will look at this option but I think, ideally, a new part is the better option. I’ve owned and enjoyed this lovely car for 22 years and it’s just racked up 86,000 miles so really don’t want to part company just yet! Thanks for reading 🏎

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I think I may have found the requisite part but won’t know for sure until I can get the car to the garage next week. Fingers crossed I’ll be up and motor running in no time but it’s good to have another contact should I need one.
