i had rusty arches so they were cut out and weled back iin flared out filled over so its smoth then painted
my allys are off set so the 205s wouldent fit back in so had them flared to fit

o right mine all clear but my inlet hit my strut brace but then i dident pt spacer bolt in so that could be the cause

yeh evrything smothed in wont see any joing lines all seeled up no water traps so hopefuly wont have hiden rust and there not useing normal filler there useing a few tubes of mareen qulaty stuf witch is £20 a tube and its more flexable then normal filler and it was used on my bumper spliter smothing thats taken a few knocks (grounding out geting in to car parks with droped kirbs) and no cracking yet

quick up date on my millenia ze i orderd wisco forged pistons with rings k1 carillo h bar conrods and toga maine and big end bering for my ze
pistions are +20 to i will have a 2.6 klze 2617cc rather than 2497cc
