is there any benefit to them? anyone used them?

Uprated fuel pressure regulator?! Unless you are boosted then no point to be honest.

ok cheers, i wont bother with one :) was looking for simple tweaks to do to help my engine run smoother after its had a full service etc.

Forte fuel treatment worked a treat on mine, cleans out entire fuel system.
