When using aftermarket shift knobs. Simply drill a 10mm hole in a bottle cap,
and force it down the stick.

Gearstick actually measures 10.3mm, so if you undersize the hole needed it will be a very tight fit and hold your gearstick boot up for ever more….

Have run this set-up for a over a year now and its held perfect :)
