Selling / buying guidlines for members
Payments
use a recognised payment system such as a direct transfer or paypal.com
and always use the system properly to create a papertrailIf you have to post money always use postal orders, these can be cancelled if stolen or go missing and always send by recorded delivery to prove they arrived
DO NOT
pay cash direct into an account
send money electronically as a personal payment - ie GIFT to avoid paying fees as there is no return on these if things go wrong
Send cash in the postNEVER SEND ITEMS OUT UNTIL A PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED

ALWAYS USE A POSTAL SERVICE WITH A TRACKING NUMBERdoesnt matter if its UK or international always use a service that provides proof of delivery, if the buyer wants the part enough they will pay for it to get there
use a postal service with a good track record
avoid cheap companies like YODEL & Parcel Force, myhermes as they pay peanuts meaning they dont care about their job or your parcelmake sure items are wrapped well
when boxing an item try to stop it moving around inside too much as this can cause damage and spaces in boxes cause soft spots meaning the box will crush easier under any kind of weightTRUST
make sure the buyer or seller hasnt just joined the club the day before to buy or sell items and contact them through their direct email on the site and not PM as they are easier to follow with an email address
