External Diamiter of the VAF/MAF

Im trying to get some Silicone hose sorted as my pod filter is sliding off the VAF even when done up as tight as it can go.
I measured it roughly to 100mm (to go over the rubber flanges.)
Is this correct?

I normally get 80mm to go onto the vaf
