Coilover Sleeves

I just mounted new Monroe sensatrac shocks so a coilover set is a wasted of money.
Today i found something called a coilover sleeve (never seen one a dutch market) that you can put over your stock/afthermarket shocks to create a coilover set.
Does anyone here know more about this product and if it works as well as the site tells me it does.
Would be nice to have a Monroe coilovers :D
