Fog lights - Are yours dim too?

I have the opposite, my headlights are as good as when I had twin HID projectors on my bike, theyre awesome!
The lensesaziz are clean, maybe the internal reflector bowl, but its a sealed unit?

I do believe there are several screws holding the glass cover on the spots fella, if yours are anything like mine (and the majority of 3's) they will be nicely rotten.

:) mine is in standing with the community, no intention of taking them apart due to that, so thought id ask here instead, now though, im intrigued as yours arent bad, so no I have to go and take them apart, just to investigate.

Could just be as simple as the bulbs, the bulbs are HID units, they might just be on their way out?

your bulbs are HID? the bulbs were new 8 months ago and where crappy even after fitting

Yeah I know what the title says. The fog units should be HID as far as I'm aware…

Nope, they just a standard H1 bulb. You have ballasts connected up to yours then?

yeah mine were always pretty dim. I couldnt see any difference when driving with lights on so i just used to leave mine on because i think it looked cool lol
