Knocking sound when on bumpy roads

hi guys im getting an annoying sound its like a thunk from the front of the car any suggestions???

top end strut, mounts might be fooked, its just a rubber thing that slips in

could be bottom ball joint. cracked shocked or simply as said rubber bushes.

it was the link bar on the wish bone it took me 4 hours to change cause i had to hack it off with a saw i should really invest in an angle grinder lol cheers for the suggestions pals

balls mine makes that noise on the driver side when I rake it over speed bumps! Doesn't do it often though - probably let it slide for now.

Humm, I've just started getting this, not sure which side, but its started happening just after I had a CV joint boot changed, and after changing the wheels to lower profile tyres.
Definately audible thunk…normally when going round corners.
Anyone know the best way to work out which bit of the suspension is broken.

I had this for while on my rear drivers side when cornering sharply but it went away after a bit so hopefully my wheel wont fall off :lol:
