Whats the bumper made from?

Does anyone know exact specifics as to what the front
bumper is made from so I can start looking at fillers
etc,

What are you trying to acheive?? When I modded my bumper, I used a soldering iron and plastic welded bits onto it

you just gonna cut out the centre grill, or you gonna make it bigger than it is?

Yes Im going to make it taller than it is,
probably cut it up to height of the top of the
sidelights., and make up a proper grill using
vinyl edging strips and some black plastic honeycomb mesh
to fill it, and completely smooth out and fill the fog light
apertures.

You would probably get away with some sign makers back board, they are a a plastic similar to our bumpers and you can plastic weld those together, think it is called foamex its very bendy and pliable

going to use mesh and fibreglass for the top hole
I think as i have both lying around :DStill not 100 percent on taking out the fogholes
..it could be a right mission. DJ you reckon
that foamex would bend round far enougth
to recountor fog light area?

foamex is very flexible depends how far you want to bend it, it does help it heating it up with a hairdryer, but it would make the curve at the side of the bumper with a bit of heat + when its heated and bent it tends to stay in a similar shape
