I have 2 sets of both and swap and change to suit but never can make my mind up.

True, but I think he's talking about the difference in the lights themself.
Btw, wiring them to go on with the rear lights is peanuts.. I wired my altezza's so that the outer two are rear/brake and the inner two are rear/fog.

Yup,

All 4 of mine are everything with a little rewiring :) with the fog being below the bumper.
