Is there anything to stop me modding and set up, all 4 rear lights to act as running lights & fog lights?
Also, The rear reflectors build into the rear bumper, on the eunos they have the fitting for lights behind them, just blanked off.
Would there be anything to stop me adding lights behind them and wiring them into the running lights?

Legally, no. So long as you have a working rear foglight, a working reverse-switched light and a matched pair of sidelights, brake lights and indicators, there's no issue what you do.

Sweet, Thanks bud.

Incidentally, aren't the outboard ones already dual filament (sidelight/brake)? That might hamper plans a bit!
-
Ah, Eh, Erm…. Balls. Duel Fog it is then
-
or you could just get some 1157 sockets for the inner lights and wire them in with the outside ones… maybe you should just get some OEM US spec taillights!
-
whats a 1157 socket? and it's tempting :)

I've got "north american lights" on mine, or j-spec.
mine came with the fogs in the centre two of the rear lights.
works really well!

I've got 2 sets of Eunos Presso ones, and the fog lights have always been under the rear bumper, not taken 1 set of mine apart yet but I will :)

the US/Canada spec taillights are different from anywhere else in the world. All 4 lights are brake/running lights.
1157 is the dual filament bulb (for brake light/running light). The rear fog lights are an 1156 bulb which is single filament but can be brighter than the 1157.

Mike, I've never heard of an OEM set with dual rear foglights besides the custom ones I have made combining a LHD and RHD set.
Unless someone custom wired it into the blank side which on your car would be the left rear light… One way you can tell if it is a real rear fog light is to take the housing out to see if it has an extra silver piece that enhances the brightness...
