He didnt pay that for it, he bought the car and it came with it.
Thats the price it was 'claimed' to be worth by the original seller.
Still worth having though.

I remember seeing this on ukpoc. Didn't realise it was HKS turbo, I thought it was something cheaper. Good price if it is. Quite a monster!
