Got some lime green to match the hoses on its way already

Looks cool with all those accesories :D
-
soon it will look like the mazda version of Mr T lol or just a catalogue on wheels
-
I'm not 100% on the sunroof deflector, it makes the lines of the car odd, it's the same with the headlight protectors, they destroy the natural flow of the MX3 at the front.
I think if the rear spoiler wasn't there (The high one) it would look ok (to me) but not with both.
/personal view.
Nice looking car either way :)
-
It does ruin the flow of the car I must admit but will give it a go, its only 2 screws to rmove so its not a biggy but I disagree on the lights
-
Can you let us know how it effects sound when the sunroof is open? it should help with the MPG as well since the wind will be bounced up and over the sun roof rather then slamming into the hole in the roof lol. (Giving my basic understanding of aerodynamics)
Didn't know you had a set of headlight protectors bud? I couldn't see them on the images linked.
-
Lori, the deflector is great, no noise with sunroof open and seems to pull the hot air out of the car now :D
Today did some bits I wanted to do to my car, painted the calipers lime green to go with the engine bay ( finally found a shop that does any colour caliper enamel), swapped the side indicators with the eunos because they are flat and do not have the usual bulge in them the UK ones have and also swapped all the wheel nuts over for the nice chrome capped nuts on the eunos
-
now that is perfect colour matching !!, :D
-
Lookin good DJ!!! Comin along nicely!!

Another update on my worklog, this one is a bit vain and unnecessary but I did it anyway
All the paperwork etc has gone through and now my KLZE has the H15 MXE number plate on it
Got to thank eddy for putting up with not owning his new car for just over a month while the papers went throughThe next worklogs will get better promise lol
Nearly sorted a good deal for all my bodyparts to be sprayed to match the Equipe so I can then do the big stuff, MS skirts, front and rear bumpers and MS spoilerI have a weekend stripping the MS wreck car booked for 2 weeks time and then repairing anybody panels before spraying in november
will be doing lots of little jobs too and new set of brakes all round and its getting to full service time again as temps are now dropping
Not long away now I can see light at the end of the tunnel for the body part of my project :D
