Going to be taking the dash apart tomorrow to take a look,
Anyone point me in the direction of what to look for if you had this issue?

My word, your car certainly has a lot of problems. I'd look for loose wires or even just spray a little WD in the number mechanism.

I'm a hands on learner, If I buy something that works 100% won't be long before I break it to find out how it works lol
I do it with bikes as well, buy wreaks and do em back up, but yeah lots of problems on this baby :)
