Help . . . Replacement Headlight Bulb

Hi,
Hope everyone had a good Christmas holiday.
Can anyone help me out here?
I need a replacement headlight bulb for a 1995 Mazda Eunos Presso
1500cc - E-C5S-104837.
I tried Halfords already and they sold me something totally wrong . . . an H1 Laser Blue-448LB . . . which didn't look anything like the original fitting and cost me over £20 for a pair.
I would consider an upgrade to the existing bulbs which aren't that good.
Would much appreciate some advice.

Fitted H4 bulbs to my 95 V6 (the ones with normal and main beam in one bulb).I think most MX3 use that type of bulb.

H4 thats right. many places will try and sell you a H1 tho.

yep h4's can get them anywhere alt low cost.and diff sorts.
even market. ice blue were £5 for 2 last i was looking around.
