@77672eb42f=Valley:
got something like that in the back of my shed back home. either peco or savage. was going to put it on the mx but did not get round to it and now have gone off the look.
i has been used. scratches and what looks like to be dent from speed ramp (was taken off a lowered saxo that got trashed.)
will stick on ebay soon. after finding out postage cost. unless anyone is near south wales wanting it for lil cash and willing to pick up.
following that does anybody know if this will fit the 1.8 v6 mx3 as previously mentioned about a full system set up and all i can find at mo.
i have asked the seller about fitting to uk version and this is what i got back
Hello,
These are fit checked on U.S. cars only, not sure about the differences in right hand UK cars. We will, however, ship to the UK. Let us know if you need more infoi saw a manifold kit in a uk online shop for MX-3 but i dont remeber where
-
any luck in finding it

i have a k reg 1992 mx3 v6 and was thinking of decat is this okay as been told different, some people say decat pre 92 some after 92.
will a decat be okay with my car??
h
-
if your car was made before august 1992 then it does not legally need a cat
-
so what does it mean for my car.
it is a 92 k
will decattin it mess up the emissions or anything.
or would it run better???
-
look on the V5 to see when it was made, the emissions test has always been there, it was putting a cat on that was mandatory
-
I DONT MIND ABOUT THAT COS I WILL PUT THE CAT BACK ON TO MOT'D WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS IF DECATIN WILL MUCK UP THE ENGINE OR EMISSIONS SO WHEN I DO PUT THE CAT BACK ON TO BE MOT'D WILL IT STILL BE ALRIGHT?
-
IT WILL BE THE SAME IF YOU PUT THE CAT BACK ON
-
just looked at the v5c and the car was first registered on 01 09 1992. so i suppose this means that the cat has to be put back on for the mot?
-
I think the date is on or before the 1st august your ok, but dont quote me on that :?
-
so i may be able to remove the cat and not have to replace it?
-
Maybe, the easy way to find out is to take the car for the MOT, if it fails on the cat/emissions then put the cat back on and take it for its free retest
