Aftermarket Shock and springs

hey folks,
new here, and was just reading that putting in just new springs and not replacing shocks will crapify the ride. i've only seen springs online, can anyone tell me where to get a set of springs with shocks?

you could consider Proven Products. I got 4 bilstein shocks and -40mm springs for just over £300.
Just got mine fitted today, and its fricken sweet handling- like being on rails. Two things concern me tho - the mech put the strut mounts on the wrong direction and currently the front almost looks a little higher than the back. But its early days, probably not settled in! but I think I may have to go back about the strut mounts - affects camber doesn't it?

i have the same set up as above, will be selling it in about months time to make way for coilovers.

did you have any probs with the height? Mines currently 18mm at the back and 38mm at the front (distance between arch and tyre) so it looks rather silly :(

How come- Want to go lower/adjustable? What shocks you gonna rock with them?

coilovers were custom built for me by a racing company Saxon Motorsport.
I have the ze in mine so that could be why front is little lower due to small extra weight.
But i did have the set up on the 1.8 engine and cant remember any problems with it?Once i start the install i make sure i take some pics and post online.
No prob James will send you a pm and make a FS post once they are off, checked and cleaned.Oh only changing set up as i want the car fully race prepared eventually.
The bilsteins are only fast road set up but still impressive for what they cost.

thanks mate been after a set for a while but never got round to it, i cant wait i rember the difference with a set of g-lax springs and shocks on my fiesta it was amazing

Iv got shocks with springs and adjustable dampers if you wana but them!
