Same tax band so whatever really! May as well be legit. When I did it, it was very easy, no proof required for going up in size.

It might update the DVLA system, so any future insurance checks on the car reports back as a 2.5 rather then a 1.8 so it can effect your insurance.

Yea if you declare the tax bit then you really should be insuring it as that. It's a tough one to spot for them but I'd be removing these posts if you leave it!
