Few running issues

right i'll be specific as i can. its a de
the car hunts when its warm, just over half hay on the temp gauge
there is no thermostat in the car for the time beingafter a short quick spin it idles at 2.5 - 3k steadily
and after said spin the manifolds are glowing, if decatted it and removed the middle silencer.

That seems like the exhaust is blocked but if its decatted etc then it cant be

Maybe a faulty idle control valve or sensor.
but that doesnt explain the manifold, temp was same on mine just above middle
