Wynns hla treatment?

Hi Lads
Managed to find some wynns hla treatment today :D, ive added it to the oil and ran the engine for 5 minutes or so just to mix it round. Was just wondering how long / many miles usage untill I would expect to see any noticeable effect?

i uised some in my 1.8, it quietend them down striaght away but only lasted about 3 months :?

If its definately the HLA's then should be pretty quick, but it could also be the friction spring, in which case Wynns won't help.
