CEL?
-
Ive seen the CEL thrown around a fair bit on my travels across mx3.com and uk-mx3.com, but I dont seem to have one, now I know your probably about to reply with 'Obviously your car doesnt have any problems then' well yes thats maybe a fair point, but I cant find it in the owners manual either. Do UK mx3's not have one? Id just like to know what it looks like so Ill know what it is should it ever come on. All that comes up when I put the key in is Oil, Battery and (!) which is the Handbrake. Cheers, J

We don't have one, we have to check by hand bud from the engine bay and a 12v LED.

That check light is usually for automatics only and is for the gearbox warning.
I now have my OBD2 tester today so will check if it works ok at the weekend :D

Well theres a handy feature they left out, is you engine on its way out? Who knows youll just have to check it yourself everyday with TEN GND and a 12v LED. Awesome. Thanks for the replies everyone, atleast I know its not disconnected or anything. Was thinking it might have been due to engine weirdness mentioned in another thread.
