Oil temp and other oil questions

what does a k8 or klze oil temp run at and whats the optimum temp for 10/40.
also which way does oil flow around the filter??
down the middle and out the sides ?

Sorry rob ive look through the tech data i have and cant find the running temp for oil on the k8 sorry..
im wondering you ask about 10/40 though its recommended to use 5/30…

Had a look around at oils rob and all these are available in 5/30 but some do have specific requirements for more info like i say have a look at the site i previously posted they can be more specific for the mx3 k8 and ze engines…
