Oil Filter

I read somewhere on here that you could fit a larger oil filter but cannot find the topic. :x
Seem to remeber it was benficial.
Can anyone tell me what the bigger filter is - mx6?

There was something on .com about this. They were using the corvette ZR1 filter though.
