Bp swap…
-
just put an offer in on a bp-ze engine, im going to strip it and build it back up with new gaskets and seals, then put it into my 1.6, which is losing oil.
from what i've read, its a 'drop in' swap, just need the ecu from the 323 and to splice 2 wires. just a tough harder than the klze
so hopefully i'll soon be in the 'ze club but with a few less cylinders
I was thinking about getting a v6, but then got a few insurance quotes, thought it'd be the similar but its not. did see one on autotrader with 57k on the clocks for £1800 might be worth grabbing and putting away for a few years!!

Nice one! Shall it ever receive a nice turbo? I think it would like one :)

thats a nice idea, might look into it, but insurance will stand in my way!!

Only if you run 200hp +, the mx gearbox should stand up to a n/a bp same goes for drive shafts.
