You never seen the "Pink Ricer" on you tube? But yeah, I think it is/will be the first true Rat MX3 (I'll be doing proper Rat though, shoddy on the outside, but with a gleaming interior and sparkly engine bay-if the engine survives :? )
It's not a good thing, I've taken it off, don't want to advertise a kiddie fiddlers work, I knew the guy, sickened, he sent me a message before I found out saying "sorry", fcking sick fck! He was well known within my local Jap club and everyone is in uproar about it, stickers being ripped off left right and centre!

excellent news about the pedo as I am including a sticker for your car that was made a long time ago for a laugh by someone and have never really found an appropriate setting as yet until now if you really want to rat it out LOL
The paint will be in the post next week as I am working late all this week

You will laugh, someone made it as a joke and bottled it, it was going to go on the shed at work as everyone in their yacht that went past coul;d see it, but I have had it for a year, its not that offensive and doesnt contain swear words :wink:

Lol, now I'm intrigued. Can't wait to see it :D
So, long overdue, I decided to get my hands dirty and sort out the rocker gasket and have a check over the internals (quickly) too see if there was anything wrong. It all looks fine to me (just a little dirty but that's all- will have to do a full service at some point).
And a quick check of the cam belt (I hope this is it?)
And fitting the new gasket
And here's the old one, looking a bit grimy, with some build up and not looking too flexible anymore.
Also had a good look at the sump, yes, this is well and truly messed up (Lori, you will be receiving PM soon bud :wink: ).
Get these little things out of the way, clean up the engine bay a bit more and I think it'll be looking good (well, in a running kind of way :roll: ).

So, tonight has been interesting. A few drinks and a bonfire and I got a little loose on the car.
Yes…....Now, I found myself some flammable liquid and a lighter...... What could REALLY go wrong?

Well, I had spoken to DJ recently to keep my plans secret. I was going to go full on balls out on the car and the next update was going to be picturely amazing. I was going to go for a full strip down and get the car done in satin white which I had started
But I am too far gone with the car, I am no longer "feeling it's potential". I think the idea was good but I do not have the time, patience or let alone the money to keep this car going/alive any longer. My heart is sinking as I write this, but it really is time to think straight. Bert has taken over my life for the past year and as I have said, I would have loved to have turned around in a couple of months and made you all go "WTF!!! WOW!!!!!" but, the reality is, money is going to be tight as f**k for me soon (knee operations and time off work really aren't helping).
I really do hate this but unless I win the lottery on Saturday, Bert will be getting scrapped in June (if he makes it :roll: ) and I'll be on my bike (or in reality- the bus).
I am truly gutted to have to do this as it means I will no longer have my OWN car anymore (I will still have the missus' Pug to dabble with-hence the sig change) .
Again, I'd love to save the car(like I was going to do secretly) but the reality of money has made me make sense.
And again, I am truly gutted :cry:

Changes again. Having bad knees, it is not a good idea for me to be jumping on to my bike, so I'm looking into keeping the car running for as best as I can.
It went down a storm (well, kind of) at the latest Jap meet. I'd had this idea in my head all day so I just went for it.
There will be a stencil skull going on the door when I make one 8)

Funny you should put that particular picture up DJ as he is my car's new mascot. He's been sat in my house waiting for stardom again and here he is sat in my passenger seat :lol:
