@0daa0032cc=jay:
do you now any were that dose the flockin as i want my dash in the drag car doing
Search on google Jay, there are loads of places on there and I don't want to put every one that I have just seen in a link. You can get your own flocking kit, which I might look into…...
-
Okay, here's one, tis in Suffolk though

I tried to vinyl wrap my dash, I flipped out after 2 hours of heating, stretching and cutting… just wayyyyyyyyyyyy to fiddely... cos you have negative 3d curves... it just won't stick/hold properly... I just gave up... (which i very rarely do)

Well guys, I've decided I am definitely keeping the MX3 but I very much doubt I will be doing anything to it very soon, as next year I am going sensible and concentrating on my ever decreasing future.
I am going to be concentrating all my efforts into my house which has been neglected for near enough 2 years and is in serious need of some work. The electrics are in a bad way, there are holes in the bodywork (it's damned cold with missing external bricks!), the engine(boiler) is faulty, the sunroof (badly done loft conversion) needs ripping out and re building, the fuel tank(kitchen) is in a sorry state. Then I can sell it and get myself somewhere with a garage and somewhere to work on the car away from the elements and scum that roam the streets of my town.

When it's clear again, come over and we'll fit some camber adjust bolts on the bottom of each strut.

Judging by this weather, that could be some time Famine me awld mucker

So as stated in a nother section, my rear licence plate light bracket has ceased to be any more so I did this today
and in the dark it's given me a full on Fast and the furious look
]
Well, at least you can see the plate.

You need to cover them up from facing backwards otherwise they are nice,

Yeah, I'm gonna splice together some 10mm carbon fibre vinyl and hope that works, gives a good F&F look though doesn't it lol.
I'm thinking of getting one for the underside of my front splitter and wiring it it into my fogs, would have to be a large one, I'm gonna bring underglow kits back yO!!
-
Just ordered one, and with it being white, it'll be legal, will also be on the fogs so I can turn it off and on when I please. I am going back to the early 2000's! Watch out for a hideous, eye peeling re spray and OTT PLastic bodykit soon LOL.
Maybe I'll become the car that sits atop our lovely forum (we should really have that picture changed- I vote Sooty, Marcos car!).
-
 I actually like it, always had a soft spot for underglows  Plus they make for very cool night photographs.

Yeah, done right they can have quite a good effect, it's a shame every badly modified Saxos, Corsas, etc wore them at the start of this decade, I still have a soft spot for them too.
I remember watching the Crow and seeing T Birds lowrider with its under glow kit and being amazed by it (that film pre dated F&F by a good few years as well!).
-
I have a set of 4 pinspot waterproof LEDs for fitting into wheel arch liners here to go in mine, they are all red and come with a control box like christmas tree lights so you can fade, flash, swap corners etc
Havent got round to fitting them yet but the winter time can leave a lot of spare time on your hands 8)
-
Another secret undercarneon fetish here
Wife says a big no no though, lol
like what youve done thoughThe Crow is in my top films :D
-
The front strip arrived this morning so I set to wiring it up, sadly the glue that is on it is not very good so I'm going to have to some small 3M self adhesive strips to fix the problem, I'm also going to cut some more wire and make the wire longer as I only had about 2 inches to play with.

Bert is going to end it's life this year in a very spectacular way and I will be replacing it with something German probably.
But to give you some hints, here's some things that will be happening:
Military style paint
(I'm going for a massive iron cross on the doors)Dodgey install
plenty of cheques
Racks galore
Rusting sun bonnet
Oh, my new head unit by the way guys.
And for those who doubted the dodgey porsche looks
(look at that tailgate and tell me "no")and re badging
-
PMSL at the rebadging

Lol, oops, next year then.
 I won't be taking the dog up there any more then and letting him run free.

He should be okay, unless he's very fat. Cars are banned from that stretch for that reason (though we saw some kids on scramblers a couple months back - very brave of them).
