Jays work log (1.6 and 1.8 v6)

thanks :D I have had major issues with my k sport suspension, could not stop the inner rear tyres rubbing on the springs, could I ask a favour?? If you could take a rear wheel off and take a photo of your rear shock, or if you could measure the spring and post info it would be of great help to me, I have measured my rear springs, I think they are approx 10" long roughly, I have had to buy some aftermarket 7" springs so I can fit the bloody wheels back on, they should be here tomorrow :D I just cannot understand why the tyres don't clear the bloody springs, been arguing with the supplier all last week but not getting anywhere, so I bit the bullet and sorted it myself, out of pocket £75 :(

and the rear 30 mm

You got a link for jt tuning?? When you say you lowered it 30mm is that from standard? I know I have gone lower but I thought that was the whole idea of coilovers!! In order for the tyres not to rub, the car would be more like a 4x4! Thanks again for your help :D

started taking the interior out today out of the v6 and put the omp harnesses in to. im not sure how much to take out,all the interior and just leave dash and front seat or just take out the rear interior
ive also refitted the splitter and gave it a wash it defiantly needs a respay :D :D

the only time i get to work on it is on a sunday so rain or snow i will be doing work on it but its ganna be well worth it in the long run :D

not sure how it goes yet the day i got it the engine blow so just got to get a new one its the first job to do in the new year. there is a bit more interior to come out yet so its ganna be even lighter hopefuly

they do go after takeing that much out i had all mine out for a week or so rear seats all boot plastic all interiour trim dorcards rear 1/4 pannl bits only had the main top dash and diles in all lower dash and center concle was out they do react well to takeing bits out

got some lowering spings on the way for the v6 fit the as soon as thay arive

if found this hideing in my shed it was in my old vw polo
i thought it could go in the v6 but not sure what you think
if it gose in what other gauges would be use full?
