I am hoping to get all the brakes sorted this friday on the Equipe then saturday a paint job on the engine, fit the new oil catch tank + the custom MX3 induction kit I bought for £12 off ebay :P
Fit the new number plates with mazda logo's on them
sort the number plate lights out
Then its bang it in for an MOT next week
Get all the lights fly eyed and tinted
Then should be just in time to tax it at the end of the month and then straight off to japfest
Thats the plan anyway
-
im hoping to do before the show is…
paint frunt and back bumper, clean engine bay lower her and may be tint rear window and then a good clean and polish.
-
finally put my mazdaspeed sticker on and made a uk mx3 sticker too

here a quick pick of the omp race seats
-
has anybody got any ideas on how to get rid of the black sticky glue off the inside of the doors please
-
try some panel wipe, you'd have to get some from a automotive paint suppliers, or maybe try some white spirit.
Pour some on a piece of rag, dab/wipe on glue, it should soften it up, then get a plastic scraper and gently scrape off glue, it may not all come off 1st attempt, so keep repeating until all off.
-
thanks for that ill get some from work and give it a go
-
Forgot to add, make sure you test paint surface with spirit wipe in a hidden place to make sure it don't melt your paint!! White spirit /panel wipe should be fine but just to make sure…...................
-
thanks will do
