Sounds like a vacume hose is leaking or blocked.
Look at all your vacume hoses and replace any that are not working, also look at the state of your air filter.
Cheers yep ill try the breakers for some parts. the car is gettin a full service this friday so hopefully it will run ok after that then its goin to powerflow for a new exhaust :D

THe one and only is on sale $800 including fuel rails, uprated injectors. Apparently adds 40whp over ms8 when turbod, but fa for NA!

If they did that I wouldn't detest them so much. But over here they're only good for busting people doing 4mph over the limit. They lack the balls to sort out the real crime - like joyriders.

I too have got the sportex one, 3", the neighbours don't complain about me leaving for work at 6AM, but it gets louder as the revs go up, but as it hits 60-70MPH the noise dies down drastically meaning motorway driving is all good 8)
no, I thing the only difference with the lights are that the jap ones have the indicators moulded into the same unit. Also I think the fogs are different.
yep. smoothed in the splitter and filled in the top air vent. left the middle splitter till i can get hold of a good mesh. as im still using it as support for the lower half.

in alll honesty id try a car spares rather than halfords, the only thing good about them is the guarantee, but if somewhere else offers the same at half the price why not?
