Hello, I’m new to your crew, I’m David. I live (unfortunately) in Cyprus so not many places to seek parts.

I was given an MX3 15 years ago provided I could make it run…had a bad mass airflow sensor.
13 years later and the CPU has died.
It’s a 1992 1.6L auto which my children have grown to love.
Does anyone know where I can find another or have this one reliably repaired?
Thanks for any help you can give and for any time spent reading this missive.
David

Annoyingly they are more active and wiped out the forums a bit. It's a shame as facebook search is awful and the posts have no structure there.

Could be fixable thought with local electronics specialist, there are some sizeable components in it that may be amenable to repair eg. leaky capacitors.

I have a 1.6 auto 1994 with 69000 miles on the clock. It went through an MOT last week with no advisories. It is always available to buy if someone offers the right price which I think is around £2.5k currently. I only have it to take to shows these days so I am happy to let it go to someone who wants that specific model.
