I also have an mx3 V6 and I do find it difficult it get parts, obviously eBay is the first port of call ,I have got bits from all over the place .There are some mx3 bits that are common to the 623 and the ford probe ,Big red in the UK are good for brake parts ,I have found a few breakers in the uk but they are pretty rare .Hope this is some help.
