<![CDATA[Aerial]]>Can anyone help ,the aerial on my mx3 won't retract ,it's never retracted since I have had it ,I don't want to force it and have tried to take it apart without success,I have tried to find a replacement without success,any suggestions on a fix would be welcome

The only sujestion i can think of would be to create a small funnel/well at the base of the aerial with some bluetak and fill it with oil or penetration fluid then leave it overnight.
then with a piece of fine sandpaper, sand the rest of the aerial that is showing so that it is smooth.
You may need to gently twist the aerial back and forth.
Failing that you may need to remove the mount and adapt it for a bee sting aerial.

I had the same problem and got round it by replacing the aerial with one from a Mazda Pickup, a bit of fettling was required but it works fine!!:
